Our approach

The key objectives of our programs include providing people at all levels with the confidence and skills to:

  • Spots the signs: identify behaviours that undermine respect at work
  • Intervene early: engage in active bystander interventions using the Enmasse Bystander Index™, legally and clinically validated methods and easy-to-recall conversation frameworks
  • Support the person impacted by harmful behaviour, including through trauma-informed, victim-survivor centred approaches
  • Build diverse, equitable inclusive workplace cultures
  • Recognise how unconscious bias and microaggressions impact behaviours that prevent belonging
  • Identify key enablers of inclusion
  • Engage in open, regular conversations about respect and behaviours at work
  • Resolve conflict, including through Enmasse workplace mediation services
