I just wanted to touch base with you to say thank you so so much for today. I've already had comments like 'best training I've ever done' and 'people have asked me to pass on their heartfelt thanks for such a brilliant session.' People have said how accessible you made it, and super engaging, with a breadth of examples, theory and practice, and appreciated how you managed the day with regular break etc. I honestly cannot thank you enough.

I've recently become more aware of unconscious bias and affinity bias as barriers to true inclusion. The affinity bias exercise (around people you trusted) was really valuable as it was a bit of a light bulb moment and further broadened my understanding of some of the psychological factors at play in this space.
