Success stories

I just wanted to touch base with you to say thank you so so much for today. I've already had comments like 'best training I've ever done' and 'people have asked me to pass on their heartfelt thanks for such a brilliant session.' People have said how accessible you made it, and super engaging, with a breadth of examples, theory and practice, and appreciated how you managed the day with regular break etc. I honestly cannot thank you enough.

EnMasse exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to quality make them an excellent choice for any organisation seeking to implement comprehensive and impactful programs.

The program content, flow and activities to engage participants was of the highest calibre, as evidenced by the high participant satisfaction ratings. Feedback frequently highlighted facilitator excellence. Moreover, the program had a significant impact on the University, with numerous reports of behaviour shifts confirming its effectiveness.

I’ve completed the training and it was absolutely brilliant! This is the best mandatory training module I have experienced. Every element was relevant, clear, concise and impactful. This is the new gold standard and I hope all our mandatory learning can be transformed similarly!

I have been designing and conducting training in risk and compliance for 20+ years and I just wanted to share that the Enmasse training was some of the best online training I’ve ever done. When you see something that is human centred, personable, effective, digestible and easy to use, it’s rare.

I've recently become more aware of unconscious bias and affinity bias as barriers to true inclusion. The affinity bias exercise (around people you trusted) was really valuable as it was a bit of a light bulb moment and further broadened my understanding of some of the psychological factors at play in this space.

Would highly recommend the session to be mandatory for all staff, if possible of course! It's effective for building awareness and understanding.

Great presenters. Very engaging. As a female who has been engaged in this work for some time it was refreshing to see that a majority of the men in the room are now on board with this messaging.

Highly knowledgeable presenters, the practical advice on how to manage situations that may arise was and a reminder of our obligations was extremely helpful.
