The Neuroinclusion Index is a research-informed self-assessment that helps people of all neurotypes, at all levels of employment, understand and strengthen their everyday neuroinclusion skills.
In around 10–15 minutes, it measures six practical dimensions, from neurodiversity literacy and strengths recognition through to communication flexibility and allyship confidence, translating these into a personalised, downloadable report with clear, actionable coaching tips with a focus on day-to-day conversations. Ideal in accompaniment with any workshop on inclusion (our facilitator can provide a debrief explaining the deidentified results in terms of group strengths and growth opportunities).
Available either as a scorm package or via a non-login (anonymous) link, the Index enables organisations to draw on group-level insights through a manager’s dashboard to understand and support neuroinclusion by team and cohort. It’s a straightforward, practical way for organisations to build genuine inclusion capability from the ground up.
