Course overview
The increased focus on WHS regulations in relation to psychological health means that employers must take a proactive, systematised approach to managing psychosocial risks, specifically through identifying, assessing and mitigating psychosocial hazards. But health and safety is not all about scanning for risks – there are positive things you can do as a leader to embed psychosocial health and safety and minimise the chances of hazards arising and causing harm.
This highly interactive workshop provides leaders, WHS, and HR practitioners with practical tools to support their confidence to identify and intervene early to address these risks.
