Bystander interventions are recognised as crucial to helping eliminate harmful behaviours in the workplace and have been recognised as an important component for enacting positive duty in organisations seeking to prevent sexual harassment, discrimination and bullying. Research shows there are five key competencies when it comes to developing an individual’s active bystander skills. This anonymous online survey uniquely enables individual respondents to receive their own insight-building feedback on their bystander competencies, including their own customised tips, while providing aggregated data for organisational insights and data reporting. Available as stand-alone or in conjunction with our Optimising respect as an active bystander workshop and group results debrief.
