Understanding & preventing discrimination at work

This module explores how to identify, respond to and prevent discrimination with a focus on promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion at work. It uses clear examples to distinguish behaviours that are unlawful, unacceptable and acceptable, and highlights the risks of unconscious bias in relation to unfair decision making. Our experts also provide an overview of the key components of discrimination and equality, and consider some helpful bystander tips for response, support and prevention.
