Contact officers (or peer support officers) are a vital first line of response in any psychologically safe workplace.

This intensive four-hour workshop equips your nominated officers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to fulfil their role effectively. Participants build a thorough understanding of unlawful workplace behaviours including bullying, harassment, discrimination and victimisation, and explore their obligations under positive duty legislation. Drawing on person-centred care, trauma-informed principles and practical conversation frameworks, participants practise responding to disclosures with empathy and skill.
