The PEARL Index is a research-grounded self-assessment tool that helps people understand and strengthen the wellbeing factors that let them thrive, both at work and in daily life. In just 10–15 minutes, it measures five evidence-based components of flourishing, drawing on established positive psychology research from Fredrickson, Seligman, Locke and Latham, and others.
Rather than a generic feel-good quiz, it delivers an instant, personalised feedback report with practical, realistically doable tips split between everyday habits and specific workplace actions, plus reflective questions to prompt deeper thinking. Designed with neuroinclusion and accessibility in mind, PEARL Index gives individuals and teams a genuine, actionable snapshot of where they’re doing well and where there’s room to grow, making it a natural fit for wellbeing programs, team workshops (our facilitators can provide a group debrief on what the results mean), or anyone wanting a clearer, evidence-based picture of what helps them perform and live at their best.
A manager dashboard, providing leader-targeted tips and deidentified group insights is also available.
