Intentional Leadership Index

Intentional leadership is about leading your team in a deliberate, values-driven way, making conscious choices about how you communicate, act and present yourself to others. Leaders who demonstrate this instil greater trust and psychological safety in their teams, reduce psychosocial risk through consistent and transparent behaviour, and create the conditions for higher engagement, wellbeing and performance.

The Intentional Leadership Index is a self-assessment tool that measures and helps develop this capability across six dimensions, spanning both the internal foundations of intentional leadership – how clearly a leader knows and stays grounded in their values – and its outward, relational expression in decisions, relationships and behaviour.

Available in both non-login and SCORM formats, the assessment takes 10 to 15 minutes and generates a personalised report with a percentage-scored profile, level-based feedback per dimension, and practical strategies for growth. Results can be downloaded or revisited (per device). This unique personal development tool makes the Index a natural fit for pre/post-workshop reflection.
