Spotting the signs of psychosocial hazards (part 2)

In this follow-up chapter, we explore psychosocial hazards to do with Adjusting to your setting and Interacting with others. Video examples are provided to help simplify those hazards relating to work conditions, while a refresher approach is given to those risks relating to harmful behaviours, mindful of repetition with existing respect training. Participants test how well they know the hazards on some scenarios that highlight their escalating, interrelated nature.
This microlearn will help participants to:

  • identify and define psychosocial hazards relating to work environment and behaviours and interactions with others
  • recognise the potential impacts of these hazards on a person’s health and wellbeing
  • access options for responding should you encounter these hazards in your workplace
