Following on from part 1 in this series, we explore a further 11 psychosocial hazards to do with Adapting to your setting and Interacting with others. Video anecdotes bring some examples to life, highlighting the potential for harm. Scenario-based learning checks are used to gauge how well participants understand the hazards and their escalating, interrelated nature, while steps for how to raise issues and assist in prevention are reinforced.
This microlearn will help participants to:
- identify and define psychosocial hazards relating to work environment and interactions with others
- recognise the potential impacts of these hazards on a person’s health and wellbeing
- access options for responding should they encounter these hazards in their workplace.
