Respectful workplaces don’t happen by accident. They are built, sustained and modelled by leaders every day.

This workshop equips leaders with a comprehensive understanding of their legal responsibilities and positive duty obligations across the full spectrum of harmful workplace behaviours, including sexual harassment, sex-based harassment, bullying, discrimination, victimisation and microaggressions. Participants explore how power dynamics, intersectionality and unconscious bias shape workplace culture, and reflect on the lasting imprint their own leadership style leaves on those around them, particularly those in junior or vulnerable positions. Drawing on practical frameworks for active bystander intervention, assertive respectful conversations and trauma-informed disclosure responses, leaders leave equipped to create environments where psychological safety and genuine respect are not aspirations but everyday realities.
