The Neurodiverse Team Leadership Index is a structured needs analysis that helps people managers assess how well their team’s current practices, environment and conditions support neurodivergent colleagues, and identify what they can do as a leader to strengthen this.
Taking a combined self-evaluation and team-consultation approach, it measures strengths in eight research-based dimensions, from sensory adaptation and communication flexibility to psychological safety, strengths deployment and disclosure safety.
Coaching guidance is focused on specific, actionable priorities and divided into what a manager can influence directly, what needs shared effort, and what should be escalated to HR, so your energy goes where it can actually help. Team talking points are also included.
Enabling people of all neurotypes to thrive is a whole-of-workplace undertaking, and this Index is designed to support progress toward it. Quarterly revisits are recommended to track and build on results over time.
