FAQs
Is this workshop technical?
No. This session focuses on wellbeing and behaviour change using the PEARL Index, not clinical training or diagnosis.
Is this relevant if I've never done resilience training before?
Yes. No prior experience is needed. The session introduces anti fragility and the PEARL Index from the ground up.
Is this only for people managers?
No. It's designed for anyone navigating pressure at work, whether or not they lead a team.
Will I leave with something practical?
Yes. You'll leave with one repeatable practice, tied to a specific PEARL factor, to try over the next two weeks.
Is this interactive?
Yes. Expect a guided walkthrough of the PEARL factors, a quick self rating moment, and small group discussion where you apply the factors to a real challenge.
Why is this workshop 60 minutes?
Because clarity beats length. The session moves quickly from framework to practice, with reflection built in so you leave having already put one practice into motion.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
You're invited to complete the PEARL Index, an optional self assessment survey that gives you a personal read out and coaching tips ahead of the session.
I’m in a different time zone. Can I still join?
Yes. The live session will take place at 14:00 Dubai time, and participants are welcome to join from any location.
