Zoe Wood

An experienced marketing and communications leader, Zoe is the head of Marketing and Communications at Enmasse. Following completion of her Law degree, she has thrived in the Marketing sector for over 18 years, working with higher education, charities, local authorities, private sector and start-ups. She is passionate about leadership, strategic and operational management, and has developed deep expertise in employer brand and employee value proposition (EVP), helping organisations strengthen their internal culture and attract top talent. She is also a keen advocate for women’s equity and continues to champion diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
