Bio

Kate is a leadership and culture expert with over two decades of experience driving workplace transformation across legal, professional services and corporate environments. A former lawyer, senior executive and accredited mediator, she brings a rare blend of strategic HR expertise, behavioural insight and commercial acumen to her work with leaders and teams. Kate has led people and culture functions at executive level in global law firms, advised senior leadership through complex strategic change, and coached C-suite leaders on performance, collaboration and conflict resolution. Whether facilitating culture-shaping programs, resolving deep-rooted team tensions or embedding inclusive leadership behaviours, Kate is known for helping organisations shift mindsets and drive measurable impact. At Enmasse, Kate designs and delivers programs that build psychologically safe, high-performing workplaces. Her delivery style is grounded, outcome-focused and deeply human, whether in boardrooms, team offsites or mediation settings. She is particularly passionate about enabling behaviour change that lasts, through evidence-based approaches and inclusive leadership practices. Kate is an accredited mediator (AMDRAS) and trained coach, with certifications in GLWS®, MBTI® and Hogan. Her work in diversity and inclusion has received multiple industry awards, and she has delivered transformation programs for clients across Australia and globally.
