A facilitator, commentator and speaker on diversity, mental health/wellbeing and resilience, Erica has appeared on radio and television and as a speaker/chair at many conferences in Australia and in Asia. She is a former EEO and diversity lawyer who now specialises in mediations and investigations, dedicated to keeping workplaces safe and inclusive.
