Respect and equality at work

Respectful behaviour builds a culture of trust and inclusion, and helps promote the wellbeing and performance of the team. This module explores the four main areas of workplace behaviour for which there are legal protections in place: discrimination, bullying, sexual harassment and victimisation. It highlights your responsibilities as an employee and provides some helpful strategies to appropriately manage disrespectful behaviours, including safe ways to intervene as a bystander and tips to promote a respectful culture.
