Optimising respect as an active bystander

This practical workshop helps develop active bystander skills in relation to a range of behavioural risks, from microaggressions through to unlawful workplace behaviours. We use a number of scenarios and roleplays to practise out bystander skills and to explore the role and contribution of the bystander in the context of enacting positive duty. The session optionally includes a team debrief on Bystander Index results if participants have undertaken this survey in advance.
