Optimising respect as an active bystander

Your people may have done their training on workplace behaviours but how do they now activate their positive duty as an active bystander? This practical elearn invites participants to apply their learnings to a broader spectrum of harmful behaviours, including microaggressions, that call for proactive, early-prevention measures. It helps them recognise the importance of the role of the active bystander in relation to a range of behavioural risks that may undermine respect and inclusion, and highlights the psychological and cultural impacts of both behaviour and intervention. Importantly it helps develop the skills to proactively contribute to a culture of psychological safety.
