Organisational change is inevitable. How we experience it is shaped by far more than the change itself.
This workshop helps employees understand the psychological and neurological basis of their reactions to workplace change, including restructures, role shifts and leadership transitions, and recognises that poorly managed change is a significant psychosocial risk to wellbeing and performance. Drawing on positive psychology, participants explore practical coping strategies, resilience-building techniques and reframing tools, with a strong focus on identifying what is within their control to act upon. Participants also examine the link between change, identity and personal empowerment, leaving better equipped to adapt, contribute and thrive through whatever comes next.
