This session provides a helpful definition of emotional intelligence and highlights the positive contribution it can make to our relationships at work. It explores the concepts of self-awareness, the connection between our thoughts, feelings and actions, empathy and self- regulation. Participants can develop their own action plan for developing emotional intelligence and for helping others to build on their own self-awareness and empathy levels. This workshop challenges people to make small changes in how they think and behave to achieve better productivity and enhanced personal wellbeing.
