Glen leads with authenticity and a deep commitment to creating psychologically safe and high-performing teams. He is passionate about developing people to reach their full potential and believes that sustainable transformation happens when strategy, culture and leadership are aligned.
At Enmasse, Glen oversees strategic direction, commercial performance and client partnerships. He has led large-scale transformation initiatives, built and grown multidisciplinary teams, implemented enterprise-wide systems, and facilitated meaningful cultural change and values alignment.
Glen holds a Master of Laws and Bachelor of Laws, a Graduate Certificate (MBA) from the UNSW AGSM Business School, and is an accredited mediator. His legal, commercial and leadership expertise positions him as a valued advisor to executives and boards on culture, risk, governance and organisational performance.
